Fluxenon reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of the service following any such updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

9. Course Enrollment & Cancellation

9.1 Enrollment Agreement

By enrolling in a Fluxenon course, you enter into an educational services agreement. You agree to:

• Complete registration accurately with true and complete information
• Pay tuition fees according to the agreed schedule
• Abide by the course code of conduct and academic integrity policies
• Comply with all course deadlines and requirements
• Use course materials only for your own educational purposes

9.2 Refund Policy

• 7-Day Money Back Guarantee: Full refund if you withdraw within 7 days of enrollment with no course access.
• 14-Day Course Switch: You may change to a different course within 14 days. No refund; credit applied to new course.
• After 14 Days: No refunds are issued. You remain responsible for tuition obligations.
• Withdrawal: Students may withdraw at any time but are responsible for all fees through the withdrawal date.

9.3 Course Completion & Certificates

Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of all course requirements. Requirements include attendance, assignments, projects, and final assessments. Fluxenon reserves the right to withhold certificates if you have outstanding balances or disciplinary issues.

10. Payment Terms

• Payment is due according to your selected payment plan at enrollment
• Late payments may result in course suspension or enrollment cancellation
• Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval
• You are responsible for all payment method fees and currency conversion charges
• Payment plans may not be available for all courses or students

11. Intellectual Property Rights

11.1 Fluxenon Content

All course materials, videos, assignments, quizzes, and other educational content created by Fluxenon are proprietary and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any course materials without written permission.

11.2 Student Work

By submitting assignments and projects, you grant Fluxenon a non-exclusive license to use your work for educational purposes, including as examples in future courses (anonymized if requested). You retain copyright to your original work.

12. Code of Conduct

Students must maintain professional conduct and respect in all interactions:

• Treat instructors and peers with respect and professionalism
• Maintain academic integrity; plagiarism and cheating are prohibited
• Do not harass, discriminate, or bully other students or staff
• Do not access course materials or systems without authorization
• Report concerns through appropriate channels

Violations may result in suspension, expulsion, or certificate withholding.

13. Limitation of Liability

Fluxenon provides career support services but does not guarantee employment or specific salary outcomes. Job placement success depends on your effort, qualifications, and market conditions. While we maintain employer partnerships, no job is guaranteed.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of services shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation between the parties
2. Mediation if negotiation fails
3. Binding arbitration or court proceedings in Thailand if mediation fails

16. Termination of Service

Fluxenon reserves the right to terminate your access to services if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or threaten the security of the platform. Termination may result in loss of all course access and forfeiture of fees.

17. Third-Party Services

Fluxenon may use third-party services (payment processors, hosting providers, analytics tools) in delivering services. These providers have their own terms of service and privacy policies. Fluxenon is not responsible for third-party actions or content.
